Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on melichstore.com, operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ. We are committed to your satisfaction and comply with EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@melichstore.com with your order details and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
• The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items with broken seals where the seal is necessary for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Customised or personalised products

4. Return Shipping Costs

Since all our orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD), no advance payment is made by the customer:

• Defective or incorrect item: We cover all return shipping costs.
• Change of mind (right of withdrawal): The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Since payment is collected at delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email
• If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@melichstore.com. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns process after receiving the item. Since payment is made on delivery (COD), no charge is made for orders cancelled before delivery.
