This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on melichstore.com, operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ. We ship exclusively to European countries and all orders are delivered with Cash on Delivery (COD).

1. Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to the following European countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and other EU member states. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently deliver there.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, and circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, customs delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check the website for current offers.

4. Cash on Delivery

All orders are paid in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. No advance payment is required. Please ensure you have the exact amount available at the time of delivery.

If you are not present at the delivery address when the courier arrives, they may attempt a second delivery. After failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and the order cancelled.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at info@melichstore.com if you need to update your address before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the courier.

8. Customs & Import

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. For deliveries to non-EU European countries, local customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
